Hi! I’m Pat — it’s my job is to help you find the calm amidst the chaos (and finally come home to yourself).

The day your home stops hurting, and your living room starts to feel like your safe space again, instead of a museum of what you lost.

The day your morning comes back. You walk into your closet and actually smile because you have room to spread your own things out.

The day you realize you’re good company. You go out for dinner by yourself, and feel completely whole.

The day the kids’ routine finally clicks. You’re not anxious when someone leaves their favorite toy at dad’s house.

The fog does start to lift, and the future can look like:

The day the numbers start making sense. Your bills are paid, and for the first time in forever, there’s actually money left over
(that you get to decide what to do with)!

The day you start dreaming again. You find yourself looking up flights to places you’ve only ever seen in pictures, and you realize your world didn’t end. It actually got bigger.

BUT PAT, HOW WOULD YOU KNOW?

I’m telling you confidently, because I’ve been there myself.

For 30 years, I worked in the high-pressure environments across the Fortune 500 landscape. I’ve navigated transitions for some of the largest global organizations, full of complex teams, but in my personal life, there was anything but stability.

I believe you deserve to have someone by your side who truly knows what it feels like in the storm and the calm to come.

Our journey together will look like:

Finally taking action.

You are the author of your next chapter, I’m just the guide to help you get there. Think of me as a blend of your personal project manager, transition architect and biggest cheerleader.

Resilience navigating big transitions.

In life (and especially as women) we hold so many of our struggles alone. Sometimes, having a dedicated listener and someone to help unlock the possibilities already there is just the catalyst you need.

Finding yourself again.

The most important part of the whole journey. Taking time for yourself feels impossible in your current state. I don’t just want to help you find and nurture your identity today, but have the tools to navigate all of the changes to come.

Wait, so where did “Day 2”
come from?
